T erritorio Tarón is made from a selection of vineyards in the four villages that make up the winery: Cuzcurrita de Río Tirón, Sajazarra, Tirgo and Villaseca. Each year the best vineyards are chosen from each village, which have the common denominator of being goblet-trained vineyards over 35 years old, with low vigour, located on hillsides, thus expressing the characteristics of the vintage in the wine and involving the best vineyards of the Tarón Territory.

Wine making
Made in stainless steel tanks, fermented at a controlled temperature and aged for 24 months in new American oak barrels.
It remains in the bottle for at least a year and a half before being marketed.
Cherry-red colour, with some ruby glints, medium-high robe. Serious, elegant and quite complex nose, clean and frank. High intensity with a predominance of ripe fruit compote with a hint of vanilla and a very fine tobacco-flavoured liquorice giving it complexity. The entry on the palate is powerful, fleshy, with good structure and acidity, with tannin present and round. The finish is long. It has ageing potential and a persistent, ample and pleasant aftertaste.
