Consumption is recommended at 12°C.
The grapes are machine harvested early in the morning to take advantage of the cooler hours of the day. After a light pressing, it is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. After fermentation, it is aged for 12 months in 225 L American oak barrels where it is kept on its lees.
Straw yellow color with golden reflections. Intense fruity nose combined with hints of citrus on a background of floral nuances. The palate is full of volume and freshness, with an aftertaste full of fruity sensations accompanied by the creaminess and spice of barrel aging that invite you to drink and enjoy.
